01

Healthspan Recovery Room

A considered space for everyday wellbeing.

A longevity-minded hospitality concept that brings together optional baseline tracking, a separately specified red-light experience, cold contrast and a restorative lounger session. The exact sequence is shaped around the property, selected equipment and operator protocol.

Guest journey

  1. Optional body-composition baseline, with consent and a clear guest explanation.
  2. A separately specified full-body red-light session, if included in the room plan.
  3. Optional cold immersion, subject to guest screening and staffed operating procedures.
  4. A zero-gravity lounger session with vibro-acoustic sound programming, where the selected model supports it.

Equipment to consider

  • Full-body red-light system specified separately for the room.
  • HomePlunge H3 is described by its manufacturer as a chiller connected to an existing bathtub; hotel suitability, sanitation and intended operating conditions require manufacturer and site confirmation.
  • Living Earth Crafts Mind-Sync 2.0 or Mind-Sync Reset for zero-gravity adjustment and vibro-acoustic sound programming. Longevity Reset is a separate configuration; confirm options for the selected model.
  • Optional TruSpaX or PEMF, separately scoped with clinical review and qualified oversight where applicable.

Business opportunity to evaluate. Potential business models include a bookable recovery session, a spa-menu add-on or a guest package. The right offer and staffing plan depend on local demand, room capacity, equipment, sanitation and overhead.

Equipment photos are product references, not a rendering or representation of a completed room. Longevity Reset options must be confirmed; full-body red light is specified separately. Equipment specifications, availability and hotel operating suitability should be confirmed for the selected configuration.

Forest Reset Room

A nature-led pause, brought indoors.

For a resort with trails nearby or an urban property looking for a distinct wellness story, the Forest Reset pairs a nature immersion moment with a quiet indoor setting. Biophilic design, sound and equipment are selected to suit the actual room—not presented as a finished installation.

Guest journey

  1. Begin with an optional self-guided outdoor nature pause or a biophilic arrival indoors.
  2. Settle into a sensory space with a property-selected nature soundscape.
  3. Offer a separately specified red-light session if it suits the space and guest offer.
  4. Close with a zero-gravity vibro-acoustic sound program, or an optional contrast experience under the property's operating protocol.

Equipment to consider

  • Mind-Sync 2.0 or Mind-Sync Reset offers zero-gravity adjustment and model-specific vibro-acoustic programs. Any ambient nature soundscape is designed separately for the room.
  • Red-light panels or systems, specified separately if selected.
  • Optional compact cold-immersion setup, only after manufacturer confirmation of hotel use, sanitation and site suitability.
  • Natural materials, acoustic treatment and lighting are property-specific design considerations—not included equipment claims.

Business opportunity to evaluate. A guided nature-and-recovery appointment, a quiet-hour add-on or a seasonal wellness package could complement existing resort programming. Demand, access to outdoor areas and staffing shape the model.

Vibro-acoustic refers to sound programming, not acoustic-wave therapy. Any optional immersion requires screening, cleaning and an operator-defined protocol. Equipment specifications, availability and hotel operating suitability should be confirmed for the selected configuration.

Everyday Resilience Room

A practical reset for a full itinerary.

A welcoming, flexible recovery offer for leisure travelers, business guests and local members. Short formats—proposed at 15–25 minutes—can be shaped around the specific equipment protocol; that window does not imply four modalities are completed in one session.

Guest journey

  1. Choose one simple starting point: a brief mobility moment or a guest-selected quiet arrival.
  2. Select one primary service, such as a lounger session or a separately timed red-light session.
  3. Offer optional cold immersion only as a screened, supervised service with cleaning time built into operations.
  4. Allow time for transition, guest guidance and room reset before the next booking.

Equipment to consider

  • HomePlunge H3 cold-plunge chiller connects to an existing bathtub per manufacturer description; confirm the proposed hotel's use, sanitation and site conditions with the manufacturer.
  • A separately specified red-light system, if included in the selected service menu.
  • Mind-Sync for zero-gravity adjustment and vibro-acoustic sound programming, or another selected lounger suited to the protocol.
  • Optional Evolt 360 body-composition assessment, with consent and an appropriate guest-facing explanation.

Business opportunity to evaluate. Possible formats include a single-service booking, day-pass inclusion or local membership trial. Utilization and repeat visits are hypotheses to test against audience, schedule, staffing and operating costs.

The proposed 15–25 minute format must be adjusted to each device's instructions and the property's service protocol. No fixed four-modality session or outcome is implied. Equipment specifications, availability and hotel operating suitability should be confirmed for the selected configuration.

Performance Recovery Lab

A structured service for active guests.

An equipment-led concept for guests who travel with training routines and properties that want a more defined recovery menu. Its flow can combine movement, optional contrast and rest—subject to equipment instructions, guest screening and qualified oversight where applicable.

Guest journey

  1. Start with an optional, property-led mobility or light vibration moment.
  2. Offer cold immersion only with screening, appropriate staffing, cleaning and an operator protocol.
  3. Move to separately timed red-light service and/or a lounger session, as specified.
  4. Consider advanced modules only after clinical review and a qualified operating plan where applicable.

Equipment to consider

  • Power Plate vibration equipment, selected for the intended guest service and operator training plan.
  • HomePlunge H3 chiller connected to an existing bathtub as described by the manufacturer; verify hotel-use suitability, sanitation, installation and site conditions.
  • A full-body red-light system, specified separately from any lounger configuration.
  • Mind-Sync 2.0 or Mind-Sync Reset for zero-gravity adjustment and vibro-acoustic sound programming; optional TruSpaX or PEMF requires separate scope, clinical review and qualified oversight where applicable.

Business opportunity to evaluate. Potential uses include a bookable recovery appointment, a training-and-recovery package or a group wellness add-on. Pricing, margins and return are not guaranteed; model assumptions should reflect space, demand, equipment, staffing and overhead.

A device sequence is not a medical protocol. Guest screening, contraindication review and operator procedures are essential, particularly for cold immersion and optional advanced modalities. Equipment specifications, availability and hotel operating suitability should be confirmed for the selected configuration.

A practical planning lens

Good concepts account for the work behind the experience.

Space & site

Review room dimensions, wet/dry separation, utilities, guest circulation, accessibility and the surrounding spa layout.

Safety & operations

Confirm equipment use with the manufacturer. Define screening, contraindication review, staffing, sanitation, cleaning intervals and operator responsibilities.

Business assumptions

Test demand, bookable capacity, service mix and overhead. Use the Recovery Room ROI Calculator to explore your own assumptions; results are estimates, not promises.

A property-specific next step

Every concept is a starting point—not a fixed template.

Discuss your space, market and goals through Spa Team International's existing free spa-audit flow. Equipment, layout, staffing and business assumptions can then be evaluated for your property.
